These Terms & Conditions govern your use of rallyboxing.com and purchases made from Rally Boxing. By visiting the website, creating an account, joining early access, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you should not use the website or place an order. References to “Rally”, “Rally Boxing”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Rally Boxing, based in Malaysia.

Eligibility and customer information

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information and to keep any account credentials secure.

Website use

You may use the website only for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security or access controls, scrape or copy it at scale, introduce malicious code, misuse early-access systems, submit fraudulent orders, or use automated tools to obtain an unfair purchasing advantage.

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe the website, customers, Rally Boxing, or another party may be at risk.

Products and descriptions

We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, images, colours, measurements, and availability accurately. Screen settings, photography, production variation, and material characteristics may cause minor differences. Product details and availability may be corrected or updated without notice.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgement does not mean the order has been accepted. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the order, depending on the confirmation provided.

We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment is not authorised, pricing or product information contains an error, fraud or misuse is suspected, purchasing limits apply, or delivery cannot reasonably be completed. If payment has been captured for a cancelled order, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Availability and purchasing limits

Placing an item in a cart does not reserve stock. Inventory is subject to availability until checkout and order acceptance. During limited releases, we may introduce reasonable purchasing limits or cancel orders that appear intended for unauthorised resale, circumvention, or unfair acquisition.

Prices, payment, and discounts

Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any applicable taxes are shown before checkout is completed. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and the payment methods made available at checkout.

Promotional and early-access codes may have eligibility, product, time, or usage conditions. Unless expressly stated, codes cannot be combined, applied after purchase, exchanged for cash, or used contrary to their stated terms.

Delivery

Current delivery areas, rates, and estimated timelines are listed on our Delivery & Returns page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, weather, address issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for responding to delivery attempts. Extra costs caused by incorrect information, missed delivery, or redelivery may be charged to you.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Returns, exchanges, product-condition requirements, and refund timelines are governed by our Delivery & Returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Malaysian consumer law.

Risk and ownership

Responsibility for an order passes to you when it is delivered to the address or recipient provided at checkout. Ownership passes once full payment has been received and the order has been delivered, subject to applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Rally Boxing name, logos, marks, website design, photographs, video, copy, graphics, product artwork, and other content are owned by or licensed to Rally Boxing and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission, except for normal personal use of the website.

Third-party services and links

Parts of the customer experience are provided by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, couriers, and communication services. Third-party websites and services may be governed by separate terms and policies. Rally Boxing is not responsible for independent third-party content or services beyond what applicable law requires.

Website availability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may maintain, change, suspend, or withdraw parts of the website where reasonably necessary. This does not affect confirmed orders or mandatory consumer rights.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rally Boxing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Rally equipment and apparel must be used appropriately and in accordance with product guidance. Combat-sport training carries inherent risks. Our products do not remove the need for suitable coaching, judgement, supervision, protective equipment, or safe training practices.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses reasonably incurred by Rally Boxing as a direct result of your unlawful use of the website, fraud, deliberate misuse, or material breach of these terms.

Severability and waiver

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our services, operations, or legal obligations. The terms in effect when an order is placed will generally govern that order unless a change is required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, without limiting any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
