Delivery & Returns
Shipping within Malaysia
Rally currently ships within Malaysia. Standard delivery is MYR 6.90 for West Malaysia and MYR 15 for East Malaysia. Final shipping details are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
Return policy
We hope every Rally order arrives as expected. If something is not right, you have 10 days from receiving your order to request a return. All returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and sent back in the original packaging with tags attached.
Returns process
- Email info@rallyboxing.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If the item is damaged or defective, include clear photos of the issue in your email.
- Our team will review your request and confirm the return details.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is caused by a Rally Boxing error, such as an incorrect or defective item.
You will receive email updates during the process. Once your parcel reaches us, please allow up to 14 working days for the return to be processed. Processing may take longer during busy or holiday periods. Any item returned without approval or not listed in your return request may not be processed.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size or colour only, subject to stock. To exchange for a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment gateway, refunds may take 14 to 30 working days to appear. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item.
Product condition
We cannot process clothing that has been worn, washed, scented, or returned without tags. Items must be in resellable condition. Rally Boxing reserves the right to decide whether a returned item meets this standard.
Undelivered items
If an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect delivery details or missed delivery attempts, the courier may return it to us. Once the parcel is received, we will contact you. Any additional shipping charges for redelivery are the customer's responsibility.
Discounts & credit
Discount codes must be entered before checkout is completed. Discounts cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
